Air Hygiene and Risk Assessment Surveys
Carrying out risk assessments and condition surveys can be a daunting and onerous task for any facility manager, building owner or hospital engineer to ensure compliance with the minimum standards System Hygienics Survey programme provides compliance with the Workplace, Health, Safety and Welfare Regulations Approved Code of Practice 1992, which stipulates: "Mechanical ventilation systems (including air conditioning systems) should be regularly and properly cleaned, tested and maintained to ensure that they are kept clean and free from anything which may contaminate the air and cause health problems." Our surveys can include a detailed report with results of dust and microbiological samples, indoor air quality measurements, photographs with recommendations for future actions ensuring you can plan future maintenance works and budget accordingly. Our surveys can incorporate state of the art equipment including robotic video camera, endoscopic inspections, third party analysis of results, HVCA TR19 vacuum tests, HVCA TR19 Deposit Thickness Tests, airborne and surface contact bacteria. We can also provide fungi testing, aspergillus and MRSA testing, airflow readings, temperature and humidity readings, particle counters and air contaminant testing such as CO2 & Ozone. All recommendations strictly in compliance with HVCA TR19 and best practice. |
