Due to expansion within our business and recent successes, we are currently looking to increase our workforce and have the following vacancies within our Sales and Operational Teams:


KITCHEN EXTRACT DUCTWORK CLEANING TEAMS – SUPERVISORS & ASSISTANTS


Applicants must be experienced kitchen extract duct cleaners with full driving license and a good continuous working history. You must be reliable, punctual, self-motivated and have good communication skills both written and verbal.

The position covers London, the Home Counties and the South, but working away from home is required occasionally. Due to the nature of work you will be required to work nights, weekends as well as normal day shifts. Company Van and associated equipment is provided.

In return we offer an attractive remuneration package, basic 40 hour week, 25 days annual leave and pension scheme.

OUTBOUND TELESALES TEAM


We are looking for an ambitious, target driven and enthusiastic telesales person
.

You will be working in a fast paced, exciting environment where you will be involved in the daily sales activities and. You will be expected to have a proven track record in Inbound and/or Outbound Telesales.


The Person:

  • A dynamic personality with a drive to achieve sales and results

  • Minimum of 12 months Sales Team experience

  • Be self-motivated to continually achieve targets and goals

  • Know how to help your team achieve their goals whilst having fun

  • Be a great coach to continuously support your team's development

  • Understand how compliance supports the sales process

  • Have the determination to step up to the next level when required

  • Be able to work on your own initiative

The Role:

  • Ensuring targets are consistently achieved

  • Reporting Daily, Weekly and Monthly KPI's & Figures

  • Creating different incentive plans and implementing various motivational techniques

  • Liaising with customers (which may include complaint handling)

  • Making decisions on the basis of performance statistics, for example, which, how effective current approaches are, etc

  • Alongside this you will also handle outbound sales calls yourself and offer suitable cover.

SALES ENGINEERS – CENTRAL LONDON


Your main responsibilities will be the introduction of the Company to new accounts and to maintain existing customer relationships. You will be required to provide technical and commercial support to our new and existing customers and to keep up to date with current legislation, recommendations and specifications. You will also be required to provide quotations/tenders, to negotiate long or short term contracts and have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation.

This role would be ideally suited to someone with an engineering background who has either worked on site or in an office and who would now like to move into the sales sector of the industry.

Although you will be working remotely you will have the full support of our telesales and estimating departments.

Applicants will need to be well presented, professional, highly motivated, organised, hard-working, have good communication skills with the ability to work alone as well as with others, be flexible in their approach and enjoy the challenge of meeting deadlines and targets. You should have a good understanding of mechanical services within buildings with a practical knowledge of ventilation ductwork systems being be an advantage. You must also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly, Excel, Word & Outlook and be able to use a CRM database.
